Pomp and Circumstance? On Post #100

I'm sure there should be some ceremony to mark the occasion of my 100th post.  I should host a ginormous giveaway, or post a 100 Things About Me list, or write a catchy little ditty about What Blogging Means To Me.  At the very least, I ought to tell you what I've learned from this, and from all of you.  But mostly what I'll do with Post #100, it would seem, is try to figure out what to say.  I've been mulling over ways to fill in this blank for a few days, now, and haven't gotten anywhere.  I considered  skipping right by the milestone of The Big One Hundred altogether, but couldn't quite bring myself to do it.  So, for posterity's sake, gang, here it is:

I like blogging very much.  Thank you for having me.

  1. even though you didn't feel like celebrating it, congratulations on reaching the milestone.
as long as you are having fun doing it, that's the most important bit.
we'll keep popping by to visit ;)

  2. Don't worry, I skipped over the hundredth post too... Tho I did celebrate the first anniversary. It's nice to share a bit of the Internet with you and your interesting family... Keep it up.

  3. Happy 100th! Postcard from the Queen to follow.(Colonial joke there.) You're up on Week O'Mama's, Wendy, Mama of the Day! Thanks for playing along. xx

  4. That was the best dialogue about lack of dialogue I've ever read!
Oh...the pressure of the blog milestones...it's all too much sometimes!
Congratulations on your 100th post. :D

  5. Congratulations on your 100th. I always like the meta-blog ... a blog about blogging. Nice. :-)

Thanks for taking the time to comment...it makes me feel a little less like I'm talking to myself again.
