My Creative Space: Ad Nauseum

Admit it: You're getting sick and tired of looking at my newly-minted earrings.  Yet I, contrary soul that I am, haven't begun to tire of making them.  Mind you, I'm having to squish all this jewelry-ing in around the daily grind, but I'm tough like that, so no big deal.  I have discovered the not-so-local bead shop, and Shani and I did a little inspiration-gazing there this morning.   When I finally got her settled in for her midday snooze, I made these:

I'm quite fond of them, I think.  Want to see some less-obsessive creative spaces?  Head over to Kirsty's, then!

  1. No I'm not sick on seeing you wonderful creations, but hey I do get this worry, I worry that people are sick of seeing different versions of the same bears and wonklings week after week.
There is nothing more I love than another obsessive, and well I'm not sure i should be included in the the Less obsessive space bit

  4. I'm not sick of them either. If I was sick of them I'd be saying something like, "Can you stop doing posts on earrings and show us your toenails?"

What are you going to do with them all, anyway?

  5. NOTHING wrong with a healthy obsession, Wendy. I would much rather be making lots and lots of these pretty baubles than lots and lots of cake toppers...

I loved your comment on my site today. You hit the nail on the head, of course. I, too, have a sad need for all those oohs and aahs and 'I don't know how she does it all' comments. My own worst enemy!! x

  10. They look very intricate. I admire the skill it takes to get all those little loops and curls in place.

Thanks for taking the time to comment...it makes me feel a little less like I'm talking to myself again.
