In hopes of not torturing the lot of you with my disturbingly verdant images, I've decided to make this week's Creative Space 100% photo-free. Which is kind of a shame, as I just hunted down the most fabulous scrapbook paper on Earth, and I'd like to show it off. And I used Ashley's tutorial to make some not-very-cute-but-so-very-useful nametags to iron into all of the kids' camp clothes. I'm pretty sure you're dying to get an eyeful of those, but you can't---not till I get my flippin' camera back. (Well, actually, not till Esti's camera finishes charging, but either way it won't be this evening. I hope you can stand the suspense.)
Check out my new header---courtesy of Molly's how-to and one of my pre-camera-disaster pics.
For some less photographically challenged spaces, zoom (get it?) on over to kootoyoo!
I have not minded the 'atmospheric' photos at all! But I will look forward to fabulous scrapbook paper pics, especially if its the best on Earth!
ReplyDeleteOoh, I miss your photo's! I like a bit of atmosphere too. But it sounds like things are rocking along nicely in your creative space anyway! See you soon xo ps how did the chicken coop end up?
ReplyDeleteGreat links thanks Wendy. I'll be looking into both of those!
ReplyDeleteps I was quite enjoying the underwater look photos!
The background in my pic was scrapbook paper a friend gave me as part of an inspiration pack for my birthday. I can't wait to see yours!
ReplyDeleteYour header looks great & thanks for the links...
ReplyDeleteYour writing stands on its own, no pictures needed, but I'm looking forward to having them back none the less. xx
ReplyDeleteLoving your new header! And I'd pop in just to read what you've got say without pictures anyday...you always make me laugh. Hope you have a happy and photo filled Friday :)
ReplyDeletelooking good Wendy!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Steph, after reading about the camera scenario, I just pop by for a smile, you always provide that!

while pictures are always nice it's you and your voice I can to see. Hope you get a new camera soon though xo
ReplyDeleteOh dear...hope you get the camera thing sorted soon.
ReplyDeleteLove the header. Hope the camera survives and comes home soon- a similar thing happened to me a few weeks ago and if you go through beginning of May or end of April you will see horribly grey photos. I was mortified. Nice cameras are an addiction. xo m.
ReplyDeletegosh, now your cameras having issues?! I hope its as easy a fix as your sewing machine was. Honestly liked the effect on the photos too, maybe I am taking green consciousness too far though? ;o)
